1. General Policy All sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Reporting Defective Items Requests for returns or exchanges due to quality issues must be made within 3 business days of receipt (based on the delivery record). Requests made after this period will not be accepted, and we will not be held liable for the condition of the products.
3. Out of Stock / Unfulfilled Orders Due to high demand, inventory levels may fluctuate. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:
PayMe or FPS:
-Option 1: Full refund of the paid amount.
-Option 2: Exchange for store credit (Gift Certificate) of the same value.
Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, or Google Pay:
-Option 1: Exchange for store credit (Gift Certificate) of the same value.
-Option 2: Refund to your original payment method with a 10% handling fee deducted. (Note: Please be aware that third-party payment gateways charge transaction fees that are non-refundable.)
